$130.00 per month lot rent may be offered to residents purchasing a home in the park if work needs to be done on the home.  Length of special rate is determined by how much work is required (3 months or 6 months).

$2,000 Moving Expenses

Dupont Estates will pay up to $2,000.00 toward the cost to move a home into the park.  Resident must sign a 2-year lease at regular lot rent.
